The contact form asks for three things: your name, an email address we can reply to, and your message. If you are writing about a request you have already sent, include its request number (it begins FAR- and is in the subject line of your confirmation email) — it is what lets us find your letter without asking you a second time.

Hours are 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern, daily. A message sent outside those hours is answered the next morning; a reply normally arrives within one business day.
Florida Association Records prepares Florida condominium and homeowners' association records requests and written inquiries under §§ 718.111(12), 718.112(2)(a)2 and 720.303(5), Florida Statutes, mails them USPS Certified with Return Receipt, and tracks the statutory deadline that delivery starts.
