Florida Association Records

Start your records request

A few plain-English questions, and we assemble your Florida records request or written inquiry. Read every word and change any wording you like before you pay. Nothing is printed or mailed until you do.

  1. Your association: search the Florida corporate registry by name, or type it in.
  2. What you want: a records request, or (for a condominium) a written inquiry to the board.
  3. Which records: pick from the categories the statute names, or describe your own.
  4. Where to send it: the association's registered agent or manager, with the address checked against USPS.
  5. Who you are: your name, your unit or parcel, and the mailing address the letter is signed from.

You read the finished letter in full and edit any wording you want before paying anything. Payment is $29, once, by card, and it is what sends the letter: we print it, mail it USPS Certified with Return Receipt, and open a tracking page for you. Nothing is printed or mailed until you pay.

An account is optional. If you make one, every request, letter and tracking page stays in one place.
